GIS Ping Monitor Failure Runbook
These are the steps to follow if one of the GIS Ping monitor has failed.
- Don't Panic!
- Run the "AirNow GIS Items" Cypress spec file.
- Capture an image of the test results.
- Paste the test results at the bottom of an EPA Email.
- See below for suggested subject line & email text depending on which monitor has failed.

GIS Pub National Maps Failure Body:
The National Maps are not updating. It has not updated in more than 2 hours.

Current National Map - No Contours Body:
The Current AQI National Map is not correct. It appears to have NO contours.

ESRI Feature Server Failure
Body:
The AirNowAQIForecast Feature server is not available.

- Subject:
GIS Pub NOT Publicly Available
Body:
The GIS Pub AirNow Interactive Map appears to be requiring a user password. It should allow full Public Access.
